When is check-in and checkout time?

Check In Time: 4:00pm Check Out Time: 10:00am - Early check-in / Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If the home is available Early check-in / Late checkout is available for $50.00.

What is your change/cancellation policy?

If the Guest wishes to cancel the booking he should advise Gemini International immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory email. Gemini International shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) as follows: 30 - 60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Gemini International?

All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email three days prior to arrival. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain office@geminiworldwide.com to your list of accepted email addresses.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes. If you leave something behind on your visit and we find it, we can arrange to have it shipped back to you.

Do you allow pets?

Although we at Gemini International are pet lovers, we cannot allow pets in our vacation home properties.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each home. All bedding is provided and towels are supplied at twice the maximum occupancy. Note: Beach/pool towels are not included with our villas unless otherwise indicated.

Are there cleaning supplies?

We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, iron and ironing board in the property. Our homes also include a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher

Are the properties non-smoking?

Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. We have an emergency service after hours, on the weekend and on all recognized holidays.

Examples of emergencies include:

  • Power Outage/ Water Shut Off
  • A/C not working
  • Floods
  • All Toilets Blocked

Examples of non-emergencies include:

  • Internet does not work
  • Television does not work
  • Pool Heat Issues
  • Pest Control
